14. Description

It is formulated with high-quality extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-rust, anti-corrosion and other additives. With scientific combination and stringent inspection and evaluation, this product provides excellent extreme pressure anti-wear, thermal oxidation stability, anti-corrosion and anti-rust performances. Gear oil blended at 80W-90 viscosity grade has passed L-33-1, L-37-1, L-42, L-60-1 bench test, the gear oil meet API GL-5 and GB 13895 standard. It can be used to blend VG150, VG220, VG320, VG460 viscosity grade industrial oils, which meet GB 5903 CKD.

14. Characteristic

The universal gear oil formulated with the package at a treat rate of 3.5% performs well in copper corrosion and oxidative stability. This product meets API GL-5 and GB 13895 specifications, with different treat rates for various vehicle and industrial gear oils, the gear oil can meet harsh working condition such as low speed high torque, high speed shocking load, and humidity environment.

GL-5 heavy duty: 3.5%; GL-4 vehicle: 1.8%;

CKD industrial oil: 1.6%

14. Product storage/transportation/Packing

Packed in 200L iron drums or as required by customers, subject to the actual weight.

The long-term storage temperature shall not exceed 45℃, and the loading/unloading or blending temperature shall not exceed 65℃.

This product is not flammable, explosive and corrosive. In terms of safety, environmental protection and use, it is the same as general petroleum products with no special protection required.
