- Product Introduction
This petrochemical additive with high sulfur content provides the lubricant with excellent extreme pressure ability, oil solubility and little causticity to metal. It is well compatible with other additives. As extreme pressure and antiwear additive, sulfurized isobutylene is a regular lubricant additive which can be used to blend lubricant, such as engine oil, gear oil, grease, etc. together with base oil and other industrial oil additives. It is used primarily for blending high quality gear oils, metal working oils, drilling machine oils and lubricating greases, it is the main additive for sulfur phosphorus type gear oils.
